Terms of Service
These terms describe the service boundaries of the app. Together with the Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion Policy, they form the current service agreement.
1. What the service is
Investigo gives clinical researchers a workspace to manage project progress, waiting-on items, submissions, and review cycles. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any clinical decision support.
2. Medical disclaimer
Investigo is not medical device software. Do not use it for any direct patient-facing clinical purpose.
3. Data boundaries and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you enter.
- Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or follow-up notes. The product has no such fields and assumes no obligation to store clinical case data.
- Personal notes stay on your device and are not included in sync or AI agent requests.
4. Accounts
An account is optional. The app works locally without one. You sign in with a mobile phone number and an SMS code or password; a number that is not yet registered creates an account automatically. Deleting your account is covered in the Account Deletion Policy.
5. AI and billing
The app does not integrate a large language model and does not process billing. If you connect your own AI agent, you are responsible for how you use it.
